In the case that you are having trouble logging into the Owl, please follow the instructions to clear your specific browser’s autofill.
Google Chrome
Turning Off or Clearing Autofill in Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.)
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Autofill and Passwords
- Click on Google Password Manager
From here you can either - Select the website you want to delete the password from(Owl) and choose the delete option
OR - Click settings and turn off Offer to save passwords and passkeys and Sign in automatically
Firefox
- At the top right, click the menu button

5. Make sure the Ask to save passwords option is checked and check the Fill usernames and passwords automatically option to enable it, or uncheck to disable it.
Safari
In the Safari app on your Mac, use AutoFill settings to fill in contact information, user names and passwords, credit card information, and other forms on webpages.
To change these settings, choose Safari > Settings, then click AutoFill.
