All Owl users have access to our FAQ articles via the Support Button located in the bottom right hand corner of the Owl Outcomes site.

To view responses to your ticket you will need to register and log into Owl’s Support. To do so go to https://support.owl.health/hc/en-us and click on Sign In in the upper right hand corner. On the next screen you have the option to sign in if you are already registered or to Sign Up if you are not:
To register you will need to enter your name and email, it needs to be the same email address you used to email in a ticket. Once you submit an email will be sent to you to verify your email address and to set up a new password. The email is sent from support@owl.health and will have the subject “Create a password for Owl”.
Once you have registered head back to https://support.owl.health/hc/en-us and log in. To view responses, reply, or submit new tickets click on your name in the upper right and click on My Activities:
This will take you to your secure portal where you can see your tickets you have submitted or tickets you have been CC’d on.
If after following the above instructions you are still having trouble you can call us via 1-888-910-6511 and leave a voicemail. Support will call you back within 48 business hours. This is a backup option and email is still the preferred communication method due to the volume of contacts we receive.
